OUR SERVICE... WE HELP OUR CLIENTS COMMUNICATE
In today's global transformational economy, the challenge is not figuring out how to transform, but how to transform continuously and capitalize on opportunities quickly. We help our clients achieve their strategic objectives by implementing group communication tools that uncover windows of opportunity that can improve business processes, maximize productivity or enhance profitability across the enterprise.
It might be in a Customer Council where key accounts identify potential problems, highlight opportunities and reinforce in each others minds that they have made a good decision by working with your company. Or a company-wide Town Hall Meeting where the goal is to a present a clear unified view of your business, your customers, and your strategy to all employees. When there is a two-way flow of information and everyone clearly understands their place in and their contribution to the organization's success, then enterprise-wide performance improvement becomes possible.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Aviation Symposium
The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Aviation Symposium brings together senior air-transport, air-freight, aircraft manufacturing executives and government officials from around the world to discuss the most recent and important issues facing the aviation industry.
Although the topics are planned well in advance, the actual flow of conversation is dictated by the panelists. With many different perspectives; management vs. labor, domestic vs. international, legacy vs. low-cost carriers, free-marketiers vs. government regulators there is no shortage of strongly held opinions.

By integrating audience response keypads into the program, session moderators were able to pose pre-designed as well as impromptu question to the audience and seek instant feedback. The audience could be polled on any issue and the results were on-screen in under 15 seconds.
In "Face-Off" two speakers were given 3 minutes to present competing arguments on an issue, and then the audience would select the winning argument with their keypads. Moderators were able to ask the audience if they agreed or disagreed with a statement made by a panelist and again, the results were on-screen in seconds. This allowed everyone to see the spread of opinion on any issue and to created one final opinion... the opinion of the group as a whole.
"Your team did a fantastic job, and the feedback from the “electronic polling” has been amazing. Many thanks for your input, great ideas and just plain hard work!"
