Bristol Myers-Squibb Accomplishes Team Building & CME Training with Manic Jeopardy

BMS wanted to test the knowledge and diagnostic skills of a clinical trial investigators group, and at the same time create a unique team building event. Audience Response Solutions created Manic-Jeopardy to help them accomplish these goals.

To remove any affiliation or regional bias, teams were randomly created by asking participants to identify a favorite color. It was the 'Blues' playing against the 'Reds' and 'Yellows'. Our game show software automatically tracked all responses by team and individual scores. We combined exciting music cuts and a professional game show host to increase the production values of the session.

The game pitted the teams against each other to find out who could best identify symtoms, rate severity and who most completely understood the protocol. After the session we were able to provided the BMS managers a breakdown of how each team scored. This allowed the managers to evaluate and define a continuing education plan based on the groups strengths and weaknesses.

Game shows are just one element in building team pride, and corporate game shows from Audience Response Solutions are the easiest way to create team building competitions. And, with wireless interactive keypads, Everyone Can Play!

We recreate popular tv game shows, reality TV games or we can design a custom game for your event. Our game show packages include sets, computer controlled moving lights just like on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and The Weakest Link, and a professional game show host. We can score the entire audience, teams and individual’s simultaniously, and at the end of the event produce a report that defines the scores and knowledge base of the audience.

"Your ideas for the Jeopardy game were terrific, the game was a tremendous success. Your producer has an eye for detail, great organizational skills, and an ability to work under pressure which makes her a true asset for your team. I enjoyed working with you and am looking forward to planning another meeting using Audience Response Solutions."
